- CSC. S.Sep 25, 20262.0This location (Capitol Hill - Broadway) is not recommended by me. Generally not busy around the store, there is not an invitation to serve me or other customers. They act more like you're bothering them. No "Can I help you?", nothing. They stand at the counter with blank stares. I will point out one particular employee. He's young, has mid length black hair, eyeglasses, short. He is abrupt, rude and callous. Acts like all of the customers are bothering him and at times is even argumentative. Often frustrated and a 'big taste in my mouth' by the short time I leave. I'll respect myself enough to go to the next store half of a mile down the road. I'd bet it will be worth it.
