I love ❤️ ups store literally they treat me amazing. They basically delivered a package for free every time I go pickup my package they never charged me. I don't if they guys like me or he do it for everyone. I'm not doing anything special just fans can know that. It supposed to be like everyone get the same treatment we all do no matter of gender ratio. Oops employee please don't get mad at I was just speaking the truth. I'm not trying to get no one fired. But, they did not charge for fees. I thought that great and everything but treating everyone with love respect is very important. I want a four star rating for their reviews.

It's always been a very pleasant experience at this UPS store. Despite being busy, the staff is always polite and helpful, and the service is prompt. I recently went for my passport photo, and Mr. Santosh was very helpful and prompt. Similarly, sending and returning packages have been very smooth from this location. I highly recommend this store location for prompt and courteous service.

Five stars without question. Santosh is an absolute gem. He didn't just help me with my passport photos—he actually took multiple shots to make sure I had one I loved. Then he gathered all my documents, packaged everything perfectly, and took the time to find me the best shipping option. That kind of genuine care and attention makes all the difference. If you need passport services or shipping, ask for Santosh. He's the real deal.

I have been coming to this UPS location for years, and this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had there.
When I came in with an Amazon return, there were only a few people waiting. Two customers were being helped, and four of us were in line. A very tall employee, who appeared to be acting as the manager, walked by and asked what I had, and I briefly and politely explained that it was an Amazon return.
He immediately told me to use the self service machine. I explained that I had never used it before and simply wanted to make sure my package was processed correctly. I had already printed the label at home and brought everything with me because UPS normally provides the clear adhesive envelopes that attach the label neatly to the package. I only needed a little assistance because I did not have packing tape at home.
Instead of helping me, I was essentially told I could either use the machine or continue waiting in line.
What made the situation especially upsetting was what happened immediately afterward. The woman standing behind me mentioned she was there to pick up a package, and the same employee personally went into the back, retrieved her package for her, and brought it directly out to her. When she returned, she commented herself that she felt bad about how differently I had been treated.
The entire interaction felt brusque and rushed. By the time I was being helped, I was the last customer left waiting in line and there was no crowd remaining in the store. I understand employees may have other work to complete, but that does not excuse treating customers dismissively or making them feel like an inconvenience.
The employee who eventually handled my package appeared irritated as well. Instead of placing the label neatly onto the package using the adhesive envelope UPS normally provides, he wadded the package up, wrapped tape all around it, and then attached the label over the taped package. It was honestly something to see.
What makes this especially disappointing is that I have never complained about this UPS location before. I have always been grateful it is here, and the employees have always been polite, even when they were busy and moving quickly.
What happened during this visit felt completely different.
At this point, I believe I am owed an apology for the way I was treated. The behavior I experienced was unacceptable.
