I was dealing with an issue involving an Amazon purchase and return, and Stephen was there to assist me every step of the way. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure my return package was properly prepared and shipped without any problems. His professionalism and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate his support and will continue to work with Stephen for my future shipping and return needs. Highly recommended!

The older lady who helped me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and gave me a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in. She raised her voice at me and made completely inappropriate comments that crossed the line, including saying something like, “It sounds like a thief brought this.” That kind of comment is completely unacceptable and made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Instead of helping me professionally, she treated me with hostility and made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. Customer service should never involve yelling, insulting comments, or insulting assumptions. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, and I will not be returning to this UPS location.
