  I went to the UPS Store for a notary service just a few minutes before closing. Steven was incredibly patient and helpful, carefully assisting me with all my documents. He even stayed a few extra minutes after closing to make sure everything was completed. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism!

  Marked my package for return after one single missed delivery in the middle of a workday. Weren’t able to “intercept” the package before it was shipped to return (within 12 hours of said missed delivery). Unsure why it was missed in the first place as there were listed delivery instructions to get into the mail room in the building. These people are ridiculous.

  my package is lost. UPS said the address is incorrect as input by the staff. Santosh is the one who processed my delivery. then they dont know where the package is. i dont know which team to blame. incompetent and expensive.

  I called and asked specific questions about shipping hazards materials. Steven was very helpful. He even called back to verify where the items were being shipped. After he confirmed the items could be shipped, he called back to give me the good news and restrictions. While in the store, Paulpu helped me get all the items ready for shipment.

  ok idk why i expected it to be cheaper but why does it cost to mail a letter for 32$. there were also like only 3 ppl in line but it took a long time to get to me. only one employee was there and idk. if u want to mail international go to post office. at least the location is good and Starbucks is nearby. very clean too
