  Had a wonderful experience at this location. The customer service was top-notch. super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the right packaging that fit my budget perfectly. I’ll definitely be back!

  Try not to leave negative reviews, but woof. Go to the Aurora UPS instead. Actually well-staffed and informative. Went in to ship a canvas, and the cashier said the box would be $24.99 and the packaging option we chose was $4. We were the only people when we walked in, waited for some time with two people working (but we fully understand and respect there’s a lot to do aside from attending to customers in line). The person helping us shows us the proceed we accepted then goes to the back for many minutes (the line is now 7 people out the door, with another cashier attending to all of them while this occurred). They eventually come back with a giant box. We ask if there’s a smaller box, they say cause of length no. We say okay, thinking we know the price. They ask if we want bubble wrap. Thinking it’s the standard packing we selected, we say yes. They go to the back for another very long length of time (seemed like five minutes but understand that’s subjective when you’re standing there confused). We can hear the bubble wrap slowly screeching in the distance. They come back, weigh it. It is somehow now $190 dollars to ship this single canvas from Washington to Texas. Mind you, this item weighs maybe two pounds and is 12 by 30 inches. We say nevermind, we will ship it ourselves through USPS. They say, “sorry for the sticker shock.” They then proceed to tell us that, for a cardboard box, some bubble wrap, and 25 minutes of being concerned about their wellbeing backstage while everyone in line stared, we still owe $55. Without shipping. Perhaps that was the labor cost? Insanity. Go to Aurora or FedEx.

  Horrible experience today. Both staff members seem sorta obtuse, and unable to read the room. There were 4 people waiting for simple transactions that were not even acknowledged as we filed in, and both the shift manager and his report engaged in lengthy, unnecessary banter with a customer about fringy stuff he didnt need to know because his drop off was covered, banter that did nothing to move the line while we stood there looking at each other going "wtf?" - really bad, maybe one of the worst retail shippping experiences of my life, and I'm 44...

  I needed a document printed. The self-service station was out of order, but I had the document available on a USB key on my key chain. Since it was a simple "print one page" I assumed it could be done at the counter, so handed my key ring to him (the USB key does not have a quick release). He was unable to do so, so headed towards the back, at which time I protested his departure with my keys. Those cries went unheeded. Now that my keys have been in someone else's personal possession in a place I could not observe them, there has been a security breach, so I now need to rekey my locks. I will concede I could have detelached the USB key in the first place, but basic etiquette tells you when you are in possession of someone's property and they specifically and explicitly tell you what to do or not do with that property, you do or do not do that. This branch failed at basic etiquette and led to expenditure that should have been unnecessary.
