- GGGeeMay 11, 20261.0I went to this UPS Store to send important documents and clearly stated there was a deadline. I paid over $100 for Priority shipping (3–5 business days). After 5 business days, tracking still showed “Label Created” with no movement. I contacted and visited the store for help locating the package, but was told there was limited action they could take. I requested that they check store logs and recordings. The manager said he would look into whether the package had been properly handed off and would follow up the same day, but I received no update and had to call again the next day. Communication and follow-up were limited throughout the process, and the issue remains unresolved. The package is still lost with no clear update provided. The store owner offered a refund for the shipping cost, but the package itself was never located. It felt like the focus was more on refunding the payment than recovering the missing shipment. I’ve used multiple shipping locations in the area without issues and have never had a package go missing before. This was my first experience at this UPS Store, and unfortunately it was a complete miss. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

An incredibly bad company! They don’t even care that the shipment is lost. I can’t reach anyone, and no one is actually looking into it. Using UPS is my biggest regret! A terrible company!
