  Greg is THE BEST! He needs a raise but not too much because I never want him to retire. He is so knowledgeable & patient & kind. I always want to work with him & honestly time the line so my turn falls on his rotation. It will be a sad sad day if I show up at UPS & he’s no longer there. I don’t think that man has ever taken a day off because in the 20 years I’ve been going there he is always my guy. ❤️

  I called ahead of time about printing a label and then mailing a package, and the staff was very helpful. When I arrived, they remembered me and and helped me pack up the returns I was sending. They took extra care to accommodate extra requests, even though I was only spending about $4.00 there. They're also open later than most UPS stores and there's a parking lot. I had a great experience here.

  They're very fast at addressing waiting customers and they do whatever they can to make visits easy and quick.

  John and his crew always give exceptional service and go well beyond what would be expected to make sure that all customers are taken care of. He has repackaged things for us for free made suggestions on how we can ship cheaper and has trained a wonderful staff. I will go no other place than this UPS store to have my shipping and package needs done.
