  Just want to be fair even though it is a negative review. The staff from this store is very friendly, patient, and professional. What I am complaining is about the delivery system and online support not the staff who helped me with the shipment. I paid over $160 for premium UPS international shipping to securely transport a highly sensitive government document (my driver’s license) from Seattle to Paris. The service I paid for was guaranteed by 09/23, but it was delayed until 09/25. While missing a $160 guaranteed delivery date is bad enough, the complete lack of security and communication during the final delivery was entirely unacceptable. Because this was a government ID, I specifically paid for and requested a signature upon delivery. However, the driver completely bypassed my delivery address without any notification, explanation, or delivery attempt, and dumped my package at a random local grocery store (Access Point). The most alarming part: when I went to the store to retrieve it, the staff simply handed the package to me. They did not ask to see my ID, nor did they collect the required signature. UPS logistics charged me a premium price, failed to deliver to my home, failed to communicate the change, and ultimately allowed a massive security risk where anyone could have walked into that store and walked out with my identity documents. I highly advise against using this facility for anything of value or sensitive nature.

  Some people here can’t count. They kept insisting there was only 9/10 items for my happy return. Counted on my own and there was 10. Like how hard is it to count to 10.

  I will not return to this location , fully only going to freemont . I came in asking to print a shipping label and paid the same amount to just have them be lazy and have me do it all on my own and not even have it done correctly versus usps in freemont which makes it quick and efficient with emailing their store and they properly print the shipping label on a sticker and are more helpful and nice .

  Greg is THE BEST! He needs a raise but not too much because I never want him to retire. He is so knowledgeable & patient & kind. I always want to work with him & honestly time the line so my turn falls on his rotation. It will be a sad sad day if I show up at UPS & he’s no longer there. I don’t think that man has ever taken a day off because in the 20 years I’ve been going there he is always my guy. ❤️
