  Had a great experience at this UPS location! Jim, the owner, was super nice and took the time to make sure my Xbox and PS5 were properly packaged and protected for shipping. He handled everything with care and made me feel comfortable sending off some expensive electronics. Really appreciate the extra attention and friendly service. Highly recommend—thanks, Jim!

  I don't often leave positive reviews for Seattle businesses -- businesses in this town just don't have their "systems" in place to perform well, behaving as if YOU owe them something as a customer. * The typical issues I encounter with most Seattle businessss are: 1. Odd businesses hours. Something like a 800-200 with Monday & Tuesday closed. Really? Why? 2. Poor customer service. A "we don't care enough about making you happy" mentality. Hence is why I have to care enough to leave negative reviews to wake them up from their stupor. 3. Shoddy final service or product ownership. ** This business, here, doesn't have these problems. This is what they do right: A. Excellent hours. Open daily. Have reasonable opening hour & a closing hour. B. Have sizable staff. Whenever I walk in, it's between 2-4 employees at the counter ready to assist me. C. No long lines. This is due to Item B, above. My visit moves swiftly. More so than at other businesses in Seattle. D. Service is acceptable but quick. Again, due to Item B & C. **** Having frequented this location many times, I look forward to bringing more of my business here. They deserve it!

  I did a drop off for a parcel I had with a return labels on it already at this location. They handled it quickly and efficiently which was nice, but the gentleman at the counter made a racist remark against Indian people, claiming they’re all thieves, which is completely unacceptable

  It’s not surprising to see that the majority of negative reviews are due to the unpleasant and aggressive staff/customer service at this location, specifically when encountering the older staff. I had a similar experience noted in a previous review about working with a younger staff member that was going pleasantly enough, and then having an old male staff member butt in, go on the defensive for no reason, and take over the conversation. The older staff seem to primarily work on weekends, so any future plans on absolutely having to go to this location, I’ll avoid going on the weekend.

  The line goes fast in here because these guys know what they're doing. Always calm always polite and swift and easy. Best ops on the hill and they always seem to know what you need before you even realize it. All of the hoops and small print Amazon and SHEIN and temu makes you go thru to return anything, these guys make it seamless no matter what the shipment. They just know how to do it correctly and swift and calmly as possible.
