This facility has lost many packages over my time having a P.O. Box here. I would not recommend working with them. The owners and management are incredibly difficult to work with, especially Javier, Maria, and Wes. They lost a $500 guitar and told me they’re not responsible for lost packages in their care. They kept charging me $15 a package to pick up yet other locations are not doing that. They cannot seem to keep staff for a long period of time and no one seems to know how anything works. They admitted that my P.O. Box was set up incorrectly and couldn’t provide me itemized receipts for what I was being charged for. They would not allow me to forward my mail or pick up my mail. I’ve never come across less professional people in my life. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

I specifically kept driving to this location even after moving out of SLU because it was clean, efficient, easy to park at, and one of the better UPS stores. Reading the reviews, it seems like there are genuinely great staff members here, so I want to be clear: this review is specifically about an interaction I had this past Friday morning with a male employee. It was one of the strangest customer service interactions I’ve ever had, and I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning to this location and will likely start going to Broadway instead.
I came in with an unsealed long narrow package and immediately offered to buy materials to seal it. The cashier said it would be fine because he could give out “3 strips of tape.” The misunderstanding was that I assumed lengthwise, while the cashier applied short strips across the width, leaving the package still open. The moment I pointed that out, what should have been a five second fix somehow turned into an unbelievably long conversation about authorized tape usage. At one point I even offered to buy an entire roll of tape because I was uncomfortable and just wanted the interaction to end, but the explanations continued.
By the end, receiving that extra piece of tape became forced, non-consensual cyclical participation in a patronizing gratitude ritual over a piece of tape. It took almost everything in me not to leave my package and walk out of the store entirely when he started repeating it the third or fourth time.
Honestly, if you need to go to this location, maybe just buy a roll of tape beforehand, save yourself not only time but dignity, and give UPS the $10 they apparently value more than allowing a normal human interaction to remain normal.
