  Conveniently located in SLU. I needed documents notarized in a hurry and they were able to get this done quickly while getting my package out the door with a minute to spare. The staff is always very friendly as well.

  Absolutely the worst customer service. Visited this location 3 days ago around 12:50pm. An employee here essentially harassed me, forced me to tear open my securely packed box under the guise of a random "inspection." Before opening the box, I explicitly asked, "Who will be responsible for the packaging and damage liability if we open this?" The employee completely ignored my question, stayed silent, and forced the situation anyway. Only after tearing it open, he threatened me by saying they don't have a replacement box, so I would have to buy a brand new box with my own money or deal with it, and arrogantly forced me to repack it myself. To make matters completely absurd, he then started asking me highly inappropriate and offensive questions about marijuana strains. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and a completely bizarre experience. Avoid this location at all costs.
