  Elwood Staffing really helped me get back on my feet while I was working toward a better-paying job. Their team was professional, supportive, and actually cared about my situation. What stood out most was their customer service and follow-ups—they stayed in touch and made sure I was good every step of the way. It didn’t feel like I was just another number. They work with some of the best clients in the U.S. on cutting-edge software development projects, and they’re proactive about finding your next opportunity as soon as your current engagement wraps up. I personally experienced their support when I ran into visa issues—they held my spot, navigated the paperwork with ease, and re-deployed me seamlessly back to my former project once everything was sorted. Few employers understand CPT/student-visa requirements as well as they do, and they regularly check in to see how you’re doing. On top of that, their health insurance plans are competitive, and their overall level of communication and care makes them the kind of employer you want—whether it’s your first tech job or your fifteenth.   I was contacted by a representative of Insight Global's Bellevue office via LinkedIn. Her name was Kimberly Brooke and she was nothing but professional, polite, and timely through the entire process of offering me a job with the company "Tideworks" in West Seattle. Not only did I almost immediately get an interview, but the hiring manager scheduled a special call just to tell me about the job. In scheduling even that, Kimberly was fast, communicative, open and transparent through the entire process. She connected me with one of the Insight Global account managers, Hailee Lund, who built even more of a case for their kindness, commitment, and dedication to making sure I was apprised of everything that was going on during the hiring process. As it turned out, I was told over and over by Tideworks that I was overqualified for the position and given quite a few reasons as to why the job would possibly bore me. I was coming from a premier tech company, working in Incident Management engineering, and they seemed frightened that they wouldn't be able to match the environment I was used to. Regardless, I went forward with the final interview and there was Hailee, 30 minutes early and buying me a cup of coffee on-site just to be sure I could find the right building. She was not only going out of her way to do so, she was as easy to get along with as an old friend. We didn't chat about business, we just had a fine relaxing morning talking about hiking and what our lives were like, before she walked me over and delivered me right to the door. Even the Tideworks manager was surprised. I can't speak for Insight Global universally, but the Bellevue office is a brilliant team of wonderful people who are good at what they do, and who seem committed to doing it. It was one of the most transparent and time-efficient processes I've gone through. I would heavily recommend them if you're looking for a career shift, and Kimberly and Hailee especially.
