I needed to grab a package because we failed to sign for it when it was delivered however there was an issue. It was for my friend so the names didn’t match when I tried to receive it. thankfully the clerk Scott was completely chill and allowed me to pick it up. I had a really good service because of that. I had a lot of heartache just getting this package But it was solved really quickly. I really am thankful for that.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Louie and the staff for the commendable customer service. I had important documents to be shipped internationally that required a return label and the staff ensured that all customs related documents were filed properly, circumventing all the system issues and provided clarity around the process as well. Thank you!

⭐️☆☆☆☆ Absolutely useless experience at the FedEx Shipping Center on Alaskan Way. I arrived with a 160 lb box that I needed to return. The employee, Christina, watched me struggle to unload this enormous box from my car, drag it into the shipping center, and get it up to the counter. Only then did she tell me they couldn’t accept it because I needed to print the prepaid shipping label myself. I explained that I already had the prepaid FedEx label from the manufacturer in my email. Surely a FedEx Shipping Center can pull up or reprint a FedEx label using the tracking information, right? Apparently not. I was told there was absolutely no way for them to print it there, which was particularly baffling considering I had literally just watched Christina print smaller FedEx labels before my transaction. So after dragging a 160 lb package into a FedEx Shipping Center, I was left with no option but to drag the damn thing BACK OUT, somehow get it loaded into my car again, and drive it to another shipping location. The lack of capability was frustrating enough. The customer service made it worse. Christina was dismissive and actually rolled her eyes at me while I was trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. I wasn’t asking anyone to perform a miracle. I was trying to ship a prepaid FedEx package at FedEx. If your facility genuinely cannot print a prepaid label from an email or tracking number, fine. But watching a customer wrestle a 160 lb package through the door before mentioning that limitation, then treating them like they’re the inconvenience, is terrible customer service. I left with the exact same 160 lb box I arrived with, plus the bonus experience of being treated like an idiot for expecting a FedEx Shipping Center to help me ship something through FedEx. Completely useless.

I got the number to call this facility from their customer service line. On my attempt to reach them the customer service they gave me was horrible. I was interrogated more on how I received the number I called more than helping me with my package. You shouldn’t have to argue and be interrogated just to find out about a package that you paid for. That is very unacceptable and very Unprofessional in my opinion. Please Do Better FedEx.
