Super fast at completing print jobs, the staff are always offering useful tips and suggestions, and most of them have me memorized. Always a great experience!

Casey especially, but all the other staff here too, have in my experience been consistently amazing. Casey reached out and assisted me when he didn't have to, being informative and friendly, making a complicated order become easy. Huge thanks to you and the whole team for all the help you provide!!

I had a really disappointing experience at FedEx, largely due to the behavior of an employee named Casey. He spoke to my husband and me in a very unprofessional and rude manner. Instead of calmly explaining the next steps or offering helpful guidance, his tone came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which made an already simple situation unnecessarily frustrating.
Customer service should be about helping people, especially when they have questions or need assistance, and this interaction fell far short of that standard.
I do want to point out that another employee we interacted with was extremely kind, patient, and helpful—she made a noticeable effort to provide good service, and we really appreciated that.
Unfortunately, Casey’s behavior left a negative impression overall. I hope he takes a course with customer service or gets a job where he doesn’t need to talk to people.

Last year, I was accidentally sent a tiny box that was addressed to my landlord. I came to this place looking to have it sent to her office up north. An employee named Casey asked me, what was in the box said I didn't know because it wasn't addressed to me but came from the roofing company that just did our roof. He immediately got weirdly aggressive and refused to ship it for me because I didn't know what was in the box. Ended up being a mug, buddy.
Just now I was the only customer in this place to print a few photos and I heard Casey and a female employee with dark hair joking:
Female employee: "I asked her what was in the package and she goes 'my friend has brain cancer'."
Casey: "What was she shipping, brain cancer?"
They both then proceeded to laugh loudly. I turned to look at them kind of in shock and they both saw that I heard them. I was on the opposite side of the store and could clearly hear them.
What a despicable thing to laugh and joke about in general....but to do it at work....with a customer near enough to hear you? WOW.
I think they need a refresher with the employee handbook about professional decorum and need to work internally on being a baseline decent human being in general. Being on a power trip is one thing but being a terrible person is a whole different story.
I filed a complaint with the company to see that they are formally disciplined.

This store has horrible customer service. Unfortunately, this is the store closest to my house and my work has me use FedEx but if this wasn’t the case I would never go here. The manager is bad and his workers. They complain when I bring too many packages in, complain about helping me package them up, roll their eyes at me, and they tried to kick me out 10 mins before they closed last night when they had plenty of time to help me before they actually closed and the other worker was standing around not helping anyone. Another customer came in with an emergency and needed help printing before they closed and the worker said he didn’t care and told him to leave.
Customer service goes along ways. I hope to see training or new employees soon ..
