  Casey was initially very kind and professional throughout his assistance with my massive thousands-of-pages print job for a Court filing. I later realized that several hundred pages were not printed properly and cut off at the bottom missing crucial details. When I brought this issue up with him, his attitude instantly shifted 180 degrees, deflecting the blame onto me and that he cannot reimburse/reprint as I could be scamming them. The unprofessionalism he showed to my attorney and I was utterly shocking and left me with a bitter taste. After I reached out to FedEx customer service and placed an official upper-management intervention, he decided to test out the print job himself and realized that they did indeed make a mistake. I am leaving 2 stars as they did make it right at the end on the house. However, I won't be using this branch again that's for sure.

  These guys are incredible! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I’m actually a bit embarrassed I haven’t posted a review on their behalf before. I have used them for years for corporate printing projects. They are always warm, pleasant, easy, accessible, great at communicating, and just make things easier. Their prints are always perfection (I’ve had multiple compliments from accounts and customers). They offer helpful suggestions to make my jobs better, and are even sweet, remembering my name amongst the sea of people they see. It’s just printing and shipping, so we’re not saving lives here - but man it’s refreshing to have a go-to I can trust to do the job beautifully, without question, every single time. Thanks guys!!! You are THE BEST.

  Absolutely useless staff, they even tell people to just use self service instead of helping. Will not be back.

  I called multiple times to confirm something on an order before I placed the order. I placed the order but my manager had informed me to cancel it due to some unforeseen circumstances. I tried to call back as soon as it was placed, they hung up on me without answering three times. You can hear the click on the other end as if someone picked up the phone and placed it back down. I finally got a hold of someone and their first response was “oh my god! What is wrong with the order?!” That informed me that they did in fact purposely hang up on and avoid my calls prior to answering this call. I informed them that I didn’t appreciate the rudeness and I was just calling to apologize for the last minute cancellation and I was very respectful about it. I then asked for the gentleman’s name and he said “I rather not say.” I informed him it’s so I can inform my manager who I spoke to and confirm the order was cancelled, he proceeded to tell me his name is Johnny. I am not sure if that is really his name, but I don’t believe this is how one should handle customer service. I was very shocked with the service and would not want to come back to this location for any services.

  I had such a great experience at this FedEx location, especially thanks to Cole! I came in to have several photos printed for our wedding, and he was amazing. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted. One of the prints needed to be redone, and he was so kind and helpful about getting it taken care of. With all the last-minute wedding details, having someone make the process this easy really meant a lot. Cole truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciated the level of service he provided. Highly recommend this location!
