  Extremely disappointing customer service. I visited this location at approximately 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5, while trying to get to a celebration of life at Golden Gardens Park. I had planned to be at the park by 10:00 a.m. to help prepare and set up, but after accidentally leaving the memorial pamphlets I had already printed at my hotel in Bellingham, I had to backtrack and urgently reprint 100 copies. The store was quiet and there were no other customers waiting. When I approached the counter, the employee was looking into their phone camera, posing or checking their appearance. I explained that I was late for a celebration of life and asked whether they could please help fold the pamphlets as they came out of the printer. Their response was a blank stare followed by, “I’m not going to help you fold them. We don’t do that.” I understand that folding a self-service print job may not technically be included. What was upsetting was the complete lack of warmth, sympathy, or willingness to help problem-solve. There was no “I’m sorry,” no suggestion of another option, and no acknowledgment that I was dealing with an urgent and emotional situation. Even if the answer had to be no, basic kindness would have made a huge difference. Instead, the interaction felt cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude at a moment when I was already under pressure and trying to make it to an important family event. The printers worked. The customer service did not.

  The employees must really hate their jobs, because they treat customers like they hate them. Printing should be easy, but between FedEx’s poor online directions and the tone their staff take with customers, at least on the Tuesday evening I was there, it’s not worth using the service at this location.

  Convenient and quick location for dropping off packages. If you already have a QR code, the process can be a little confusing, it’s not always clear whether you should complete the transaction yourself at the kiosk or have an associate assist you. I tried to get clarification from an associate but wasn’t able to get a clear answer. Despite that, the location is convenient and makes package drop-offs fast and easy.

  Staff were horrible, extremely rude and condescending. Save yourself some frustration and go to another location. Someone here needs to be fired.
