  I had valuable refrigerated medications to be delivered overnight to my house, which has a very visible number on the porch, two large numbers on both sides of the mailbox, and a green city signpost with my address pointing to my house. Despite all of this, the parcel was delivered to a different address and a different house number. Only thanks to the courtesy of the inhabitants of the wrong address was the package kept refrigerated overnight and delivered by them the next day. I called Fedex twice to alert them to the incident. I thanked profusely to my, unknown till then, neighbors, but heard not a word of explanation or apology from Fedex. Use some other company.

  The worker at the desk helping me sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked a pretty simple question. I was being really polite too but God forbid I’m not a Fedex shipping expert and got the recipient name wrong like it takes 10 seconds for you to fix. Sorry you have to do your job, we all have one girl. I had to stop myself from crying after that because it made me feel really stupid afterwards so thanks.

  I recently used this FedEx 2X and both times the staff was very helpful and friendly. My first shipment was basic but the 2nd one was complex and the staff very kindly made a recommendation that met my needs. Thank you to the Staff!!
