I'm not sure if they are lazy or just incompetent but they couldn't provide even the most basic level of shipping service. I had to go to the post office to ship a package -- and it's pretty bad when you get better service at the post office!

So I've gone to this place - (because I'm apparently a gluten for punishment and I live in the neighborhood) about 10 times. There really is no worse place to attempt to get anything accomplished. The employees are simply (to put it bluntly) not smart and super rude and lazy. Except ONE GUY - literally there's one nice guy who knows a little about what he's doing and also sort of tries -- but he's inconsistent, sometimes nice - other times totally annoyed. The rest are totally and completely incompetent and also pretty rude. It's amazing really. It's like where you should send your employees to show them examples about how not to be in life. The only reason this place stays in business is because there's a larger backer and it must need proof of markets or something - or maybe cause they charge $100 for copies so that keeps them in business. But seriously, it's overpriced - and NO ONE there knows anything about their job AT ALL. Oh, and even if you want to pop in and just get a few copies made - they have this ridiculously arcane copy machine that takes like 10 minutes to manage. It's better to go to the library - and that's saying A LOT!
