  Can I give zero stars to FedEx’s phone support and zero stars to this location? Shipper sent a package and dropped it off in a FedEx box, and three days later the tracking number isn’t registering. Called FedEx, no help. Can’t get a human. I get to this store in Fremont, and the teller is marginally helpful, but it’s the store manager who dismissively says «there could be another tracking code. Contact your shipper. They probably generated another one », in a tone that was dripping in « duh, self-evident ». I had just spoken to him by phone, he’s just a guy, he has one tracking code, I tell him. « I’m just trying to help you, but you won’t listen », he retorts, sarcastically. Now, I’m the problem, apparently. The teller wouldn’t look up the sellers account, saying he didn’t have the authority to. I wasn’t asking him to show me the account. Just rude and unhelpful. Don’t go there expecting any helpful spirit *whatsoever*.

  Very pleasant shipping experience. Monique is so friendly! I saw another person giving her a shoutout, so to clarify, she didn’t ask for a review, but obviously multiple people noticed how helpful and nice she is.
