  We are in town doing chores and “print jobs” for our son’s wedding this weekend. The staff at this FedEx are amazing, positive, get the job done ASAP and get it right. I didn’t even ask them to correctly print up complicated little name table tents, and guest lists immediately..they just did it. On the spot. No mistakes. Great prices. Gregory is above and beyond excellent, but everyone was friendly and helpful. If I could, I would move this FedEx staff to San Francisco! Lucky you, Seattle.

  I had a vision for something I wanted to print - wasn’t sure it could be brought to life and Jonno did it. He was helpful, patient, and kind. Along with his other coworkers whose name I didn’t catch. Thank you!

  Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I went to a FedEx Office and paid almost $300 to send a small package from Seattle to Los Angeles using First Overnight because it was extremely important that it arrive Sunday morning by 8:00 AM. Before paying, I asked the employee over and over again if it would definitely arrive Sunday morning. I explained how important it was. I was repeatedly assured that the answer was yes. After I left, I checked the tracking information and was shocked to see that the scheduled delivery is actually Monday morning. By Monday, the recipient will already be gone, making the shipment completely useless. So what exactly did I pay nearly $300 for? If your employees don’t know your own shipping services, they shouldn’t be confidently giving customers false information. It got even worse when I called customer service. After struggling just to get through, I explained the entire situation and expected someone to help. Instead, I was interrupted, told the office was closed, and they simply hung up on me. No apology. No attempt to fix the mistake. No solution. This is completely unacceptable. I trusted FedEx when I needed a time-critical delivery the most, paid a premium price, and received false information, terrible customer service, and absolutely no accountability. I will never use FedEx again, and I certainly won’t recommend it to anyone.

  None of the USB ports work at the printers. I thought it was my flash drive at first, then I tried another one, but it didn't work. I tested both flash drives on all their copiers, but no luck. I’ve explained this issue before, but they didn't seem to care much. I had to wait in line to plug my flash drive into the computer at the counter to print the files I needed.
