He gives short answers, has a commanding tone of voice, doesn't even welcome the customers and when he asks for an ID, he gives it back by throwing it on the counter. In general, the employees at this FedEx location aren't nice to customers, but especially Tkaus. So, be prepared.

Despite having limited time, Kelsinko went above and beyond to print my photos with the exact quality I needed. What stood out most was the dedication and effort Kelsinko put into getting the job done right. It’s clear that they don’t just do their job to get it done—they put in the extra effort to deliver the best results possible. I am incredibly grateful for their help and can’t thank Kelsinko enough for the remarkable service. FedEx is fortunate to have someone like Kelsinko on their team!
- ZAZhanyl AidaralievaFeb 12, 20251.0I came in for a passport photo, and unfortunately, the assistant manager of this branch was unnecessarily rude. The official website states: “You’ll even have the option to approve your photo before it prints,” which clearly implies that customers should have the opportunity to ensure their photo meets their expectations—possibly requiring a retake. However, after I politely asked for just one (1!) additional photo, the assistant manager repeatedly made sarcastic remarks, implying that I was expecting a full photoshoot. This was both unprofessional and unnecessary. It really doesn’t take much to be polite, especially when people are getting a photo that will represent them for the next 10 years. I hope he reads this and chooses to treat his next customer with more courtesy, or that his manager—or whoever oversees performance evaluations—takes note and encourages him to be more professional. A small effort in kindness goes a long way.
