No courtesy or respect or shred of professionalism. That manager guy should not be a manager. Not spending a dime in this location anymore. Update: seeing other people have seen the same snarky person I just had an encounter with. That guy is for your business location owner lol.

- GGGabrielle6 days ago1.0Terrible customer service. I came first with my labels and package ready, but the staff stopped helping me midway and repeatedly helped customers who arrived after me. Even when my package was ready and I only needed the second envelope I had already asked for, I was told to keep waiting. I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes for no apparent reason. Watching an older white male customer who arrived after me get immediate service while I, a young Asian woman, was repeatedly pushed aside made me seriously question whether race, age, or gender played a role. Whatever the reason, the treatment was disrespectful and unacceptable.
