  Useless company, seriously waste of money and time. I sent package internationally and DHL person put my email/number details instead of receiver, and receiver didn;t even get called for custom clearance KYC. I called their customer service but their agents are useless and do not even know how package moves, didn;t resolve my issue, package lost.

  Very disappointing experience. The DHL was still closed after 10:40 AM, even though posted opening time is 10:00 AM and Google Maps shows it as open. It is very inconvenient for customers who drive 30 minutes only to find the office closed. Please update the hours or ensure the office opens at the stated time.

  Unable and unwilling to follow written and verbal delivery instructions. DHL’s own email notifications regarding package delivery have stated, “no signature is required upon delivery,” yet my package twice now has not been delivered due to my not being at home (I don’t have a job where I can work from home) to sign for the package. Have gone onto the website to update delivery options to match DHL’s own online delivery notifications that state signature is not necessary for delivery. Two people on the customer service line have previously confirmed all steps were correctly reflected and understood, and that package should have been delivered, yet it has not. Cannot obtain my package and cannot get anyone on the phone to be able to tell me what has happened or what to expect. DHL historically has been very helpful and reliable with delivery. I’m hoping that by leaving a review, someone at DHL will actually see and support with next steps because I’m feeling at a loss with what to do next.

  I’m not sure if the delivery drivers can read, or if they even look at the instructions. I am point blank providing them with a code in the delivery instructions to open the door, and they proceed to say no one was there to receive the package even though it’s been approved for delivery without signing. This only happens with DHL and I don’t know why it is such a problem. Support has been of no help as they are telling the delivery people the same thing I am and it is still not being completed.
