- BBBabaQAug 19, 20261.0I send registered mail 8/4/26 from seatac ,WA to seatac ,WA Still not arrived. In transit When I went today 8/18/26 The Manger (Tarry)told me it is lost( the machine eats it) Then in the middle our conversation His personal phone rings he answered and walked away. Worst costumer service. Bad experience And this is not first time the last my mail
- SLSteve LeeAug 11, 20263.0The Tukwila Post Office is a convenient location for the 98188 area and a useful place to take care of basic mailing and shipping needs. The location is fairly easy to access and convenient for people living or working nearby. However, my recent experience was disappointing. Yanyan was unfriendly, and the ID verification process for my wife was especially frustrating. We were told it could take up to 10 days, which is too late for us because we are moving in just two days and need to complete our address change. Overall, I would give this post office 3 stars. It’s a convenient location, but the customer service and the lengthy verification process definitely need improvement.
