She makes the most ridiculous rules and changes them on a whim whenever she feels like it. The only reason I use this place is cause I live in town and it's the only option for mail service.

If they could just divert automatically when they see a line to help the people waiting this place would likely run better and get better reviews.

But they deliver to my neighbor who shares the same driveway as me? I pay for prime so I can have my packages delivered to my house and not have to drive 30mins to the post office. If you can avoid using usps and use FedEx or ups I would highly recommend that in order to avoid dealing with the post office. I Constantly get the wrong mail in my mailbox also so they are terrible all around. Now I have to drive an hour and thirty minutes each way to Seattle to pickup my package. What a headache.
