  I will never use this UPS Store again. During my visit, an employee opened my package without my consent and without any explanation. At no point before doing so did anyone tell me why it was necessary or ask for my permission. As a paying customer, that is completely unacceptable. I completely understand that there are circumstances where the contents of a package need to be clarified before shipment. I had already explained exactly what was inside my package, and it was already sealed when I brought it in. If additional verification was required, all the employee had to do was explain why and ask before opening it. Instead, my package was opened without any communication whatsoever. When I questioned the employee afterward, I was told that this wasn't common practice, which only made the experience more confusing. If it isn't standard procedure, then why was my package handled this way? Without any explanation, the entire interaction left me feeling singled out and disrespected. What made the situation even worse was the manager's response. Rather than listening to my concerns, explaining what happened, or attempting to resolve the issue, the manager was dismissive, combative, and seemed completely uninterested in providing even the most basic level of customer service. There was no accountability, no empathy, and no genuine effort to address my concerns. Customer service isn't just about processing transactions—it's about treating customers with respect, communicating clearly, and addressing legitimate concerns professionally. This location failed on every count. If there was a legitimate reason my package needed to be opened, a simple explanation beforehand would have completely changed the interaction. Instead, I was left wondering why my property was opened without my knowledge while simultaneously being told that doing so wasn't even common practice. That lack of transparency is exactly what makes a customer feel singled out. The combination of poor communication, lack of professionalism, and confrontational management has cost this store a customer. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who expects to be treated with transparency, professionalism, and respect.

  I had a fantastic experience at the UPS Store in Ridgefield, WA! Rayford assisted me, and he was incredible. I was a bit nervous about notary services since I was inexperienced, but Rayford walked me through every step ☺️ He also helped me return a package and gave me clear instructions on my next steps with my government documents. He made me feel confident and supported throughout the whole thing. I Highly recommend this store and Rayford for any shipping or notary needs!
