I’m only giving 3 stars because I see pictures of a self help kiosk, but apparently the kiosk is located inside the customer service area, which is locked when the post office is closed. For a smaller city where everything important has literal banking hours (8am-5pm M-F), you’d think it would make more sense to have the kiosk out in the mailbox area so that people who have to work can still mail things without having to take time off work.
- CCClassixApr 7, 20265.010/10 most helpful a post office has ever been. Donovan (I believe is how it was spelt) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Gave us all the information he could and guided us towards a solution. My suggestion is try to have him help, he is wonderful.
