So basically I am paying rent for a dispenser that is empty. No heads up either so we can purchase more at a store. Day 3 now without water. The lack of communication is the worst.

I have requested the delivery to be picked up on 4 separate occasions however they keep canceling and rescheduling the pickup without notifying me. Also they will not refund me until the order (that was their mistake) has been picked up. How do I get them to keep an appointment to pick this water up? No help from customer service. Would never recommend this company.
- MMMariaAug 23, 20215.0Since COVID water fountains are off so decided to have this water delivered to my office. online order setup was easy with a discount and upgraded dispenser if you order thru Costco here in Richland. The delivery guy always shows up about the same time. Payment on line is easy and convenient. I have had zero issues. If I need an extra delivery its easy to go online and do. I haven't had to hold or stop a drop off yet, it is an option and good to know if I go on vacation or off work for a while.
- JHJames HamiltonMay 6, 20192.0They deliver when they get around to it and charge an "energy fee" for delivery in ADDITION to the advertised cost of the water. I found I had to leave my empty bottles in my driveway for an indeterminate number of days subject to being blown around by wind on windy days. I imagine I could have rigged a way to secure them. Water at Lowe's and Walmart is the same price. You never know when they will arrive so there offer to replace empty bottles in your home is mute. Update: It went from bad to worse. Now "terminated" by Crystal Springs, and the pick up didn't happen.
