- MHMark HarveyJul 5, 20265.0Small-town Post Office, what's not to love? They're always busy, even when they're not out front and though there's been 1 or 2 occasions where they might've been a bit harried but they're ALWAYS the most pleasant people to deal with! In town this morning doing laundry, decided to step over and check my mail while the morning was still cool. On the way in I noticed the flag was looking pretty rough. Though it was still 2 hrs until opening I could hear voices so on the way out I stopped by the loading dock where they were breaking down huge pallets. I said, "I hope not to come across as a male Karen, but I noticed that your flag is looking pretty sad." The Postmaster heard and came over saying that she'd been watching for it of late, and thanked me. I said I'd be happy to get one to which she she already had one and she would change it TODAY for sure, thanked me again and thanked me for my service. I'm sorry in hindsight I didn't catch her name; doesn't matter, they're all awesome folks. Thank YOU lady Postmaster!
