- COCelestine OAug 28, 20261.0We scheduled a passport appointment for our kiddo, and when we got here we were told by the staff that our appointment is canceled as the passport officer is not here. I literally had an email reminder from them two days ago for this appointment. We left the postal service and 15mins later they called us and said the passport officer is actually here just the staff who told us earlier messed up with the cancellation that’s for a different customer. But it’s too late as we already left. We are two busy working parents and have to plan our work day because of this appointment, the lack of professionalism here is just absolutely laughable. If I can leave a zero star here that will be great.

- NDNika DareAug 25, 20265.0Super easy Passport process. The door and doorbell system are a little odd but I get they need to have privacy. The office is a back hall situation, kind of hilarious. Appointment started on time and ended on time if not early. Tina was helpful and sweet. Christina? (I wasn't super close to the counter to read the nametag fully) was knowledgable and explained things clearly for me and everyone I overheard her helping in line.
