  I am God honestly so sick of people who are so sensitive that basic diligence is asking questions is regarded as arguing. They show letter tracking online for $8. Michael cannot answer questions about why they only offer $33 in the store. Trying to ask him if there is a different option and why am I seeing this online is apparently offensive. Michael grow up or don’t deal with everyday questions from consumers!!

  This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t greeted once. The employee never spoke to me in complete sentences. Instead, every interaction was delivered as short commands, making me feel like I was being ordered around instead of being treated as a valued customer. The shipping process was confusing from start to finish. Rather than explaining the steps or offering any assistance, the employee simply kept directing me to the self-service kiosk and telling me to scan things without any guidance. I’ve shipped packages at many other locations, and the process has always been much clearer because the staff actually take the time to help. What made this even more frustrating was that I was the only customer in the store, so it wasn’t like they were busy or under pressure. Basic courtesy, clear communication, and professionalism should be the minimum expectation. Unfortunately, this location failed on all three. I won’t be coming back.
