  The store is a mess. The kiosk had 2 people waiting so I walk up to the teller who btw isn't helping anyone for him to say go wait in line for self help. So I do. there are no bags to put the items in, containier is over flown. So I go back to the teller who now has 3 people in line... who are already pissed off for the same reason.

  Singh was extremely helpful and cheerful while my mom and I struggle to send documents to Ireland with customs papers. I am very thankful for his knowledge, patience and humor!

  i come to this place several times and every single time i experience great service . i can’t give them more than 5 stars but they deserve 10 stars. Appreciate new management and ups management as well who choose this kind of people who does good job all the time. i really appreciate bottom of my heart. Thank you

  Had great customer service today as Ive had many times before. This time believe his name is Michael (He has an amazing Irish accent if I got the name wrong) and I had brought a package in I was sending on behalf of an elderly family friend on Sunday April 12th. Long story short the tracking was coming up "invalid" from the day before and when she told me I called the store back to inquire as to why that would be. After looking up my info and trying to figure it out he said the store was swamped and asked if he could call me back which was fine. I got a text back from him about 10-15min later with a picture of my box taped up (i didnt have tape to close it the day before) with the shipping label front and center. He obviously went and literally found MY specific package amongst all the other ones to make sure everything was in order. At first he didnt know why the tracking was invalid but then found out why, He explained to me that the tracking number only becomes "valid" after its scanned out to be put on the outgoing truck. I was very grateful for him going above and beyond to get me (and by extension her) answers. Although ive never had a bad experience there since the management changed, It was a great experience and it deserved to mentioned.
