- CLCarrie LantzOct 5, 20265.0Sapan and Anu were extremely helpful with two different shipments I needed to send out. Very professional and friendly. Sapan even provided an extra box for my Amazon return as I didn't realize that was the option I had selected. So appreciated!!
- DJDenise JenkinsOct 5, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would. I took my Verizon equipment in for them to send to Verizon and they sent it to AT&T instead. It says AT&T right on the label yet they refuse to acknowledge that they sent it to the wrong place. Sapan is not helpful, she just keeps making excuses. I've asked her to call Verizon to clear this up so they won''t charge me the $300 unreturned equipment fee and she has not. I will NEVER go to this store again!
