  This place and its owner and staff were friendly, helpful, courteous, and thoughtful. I had a big print job, very complicated with 45 files. They gave me a discount on the service fee and handled it quickly and efficiently. They also made me feel at home at a time I was very stressed out. I strongly recommend this place.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. I visited for notary services, and the entire process was quick, smooth, and very professional. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made everything extremely convenient. What I really liked is that this location offers so many useful services in one place — shipping, packaging, printing, faxing, scanning, and shredding services are all available, which makes it very convenient for both personal and business needs. The team was also very helpful in answering questions and assisting with the shipping process. The service was fast, organized, and customer-focused. If you need reliable notary or shipping services, this is definitely a great location to visit. Highly recommended!

  Sapan was so helpful in the notary project we had going on. We were so confused and she helped us out with a smile. We walked into a totally different store so clean organized and happy.

  This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have had. I entered this UPS location with only two customers ahead of me and chose to wait in line for employee assistance instead of using the kiosk. While waiting, an employee helped a customer who arrived after me. When I calmly asked why he was being helped first, another employee stated it was because he was “only picking up a package” while I had “a big return.” There was no sign, posted policy, or communication stating that pickups are prioritized over returns. In fact, the employees initially could not even locate the customer’s package, yet he was still taken ahead of me. When I respectfully asked whether this policy was in writing, the employee admitted it was not. Instead of professionally answering my question, he raised his voice at me. After I asked him not to speak to me that way, he refused to help me and told me to leave the store. Customers should not be yelled at, dismissed, or treated differently for asking reasonable questions. The behavior displayed by the staff was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Based on this experience and similar treatment my family has experienced at this location, I will not be returning and HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME. It feels like they have a problem with those who look like me.
