  Not happy at all. I usually drive out to the UPS store in Tukwila to do all my Amazon returns but decided to chose this Staples for a couple of returns this time because the location was more convenient that day. Next week will be 30 days since I dropped it off to be returned to Amazon and it still shows that it's sitting at Staples and that it hasn't been received back at Amazon. These were expensive earbuds that I am still waiting for my refund. Did it get MISPLACED and not sent back? Did the cashier STEAL it? What happened to it? I need answers. 2 different sets, she scanned my QR codes and put each in its own plastic shopping bag and tied it closed and put a label on it them. But that seems to be as far as it went. Next time, I will go to back to UPS to do my returns. Never had this issue there.

  The store associates at the Renton, WA store are very helpful, friendly and professional to assist me to find products to meet my needs. The shopping experience at this store always pleasant and nice!

  I arrived early for my TSA pre-check Shahrukh immediately started to process my ID. She was very friendly and helpful Due to shift change, Rick took over and a lot of patience. They were having trouble getting my enhanced Michigan ID to work in the system Rick was able to bypass and verify manually I have larger fingers and the pad was very small. I was about to throw in the towel but Rick encouraged me to keep trying. Rick sat with me for 25 minutes attempt after attempt he finally got it to work. I appreciate all of the extra effort and professionalism. Thank you Staples!

  Lynn has helped me multiple times at Staples, and as someone who has worked in customer service for 15+ years, she is one of the best I have ever encountered. She went out of her way to pick up soda steams for me, driving to another store and back to make it happen. This type of service and quality customer care is so rare and needs to be celebrated and appreciated. I continue to drive out of my way to visit Staples at the landing and will continue to do so as long as Lynn is the store manager. Well done!

  Returned an item from Amazon, the employee was horribly rude! I have a few things and he was visibly mad. Come to find out one of the items was never recorded as returned! This is the second time in 3 months same guy, he should not work there.
