Alejandro answered the phone and was SO helpful, he guided me on how to get my poster printed and within hours even though they were slammed. I did what he said, and when I called back he was gone for the day but a really nice person told me they were aware of it and it would be ready in an hour. When I got there michael helped me and he was clearly overwhelmed by how busy they were and my poster wasn't ready. I was flustered, something that was supposed to be done, and wasn't because of the ups store was now taking several hours longer and I had so much more to do. Michael printed it right away,was above and beyond and even honored mismarked clearance items for me. Staples not only has everything you need but the team at staple the landing are professional, kind and just genuinely human. Thank you, you saved my behind!!!
