The staff member clearly told us to fill out Section C, and both of us heard the same thing. After we finished filling it out, she suddenly said we should have filled out Section B instead and blamed us by saying we should have looked at the title on the form. We followed her instruction exactly, but she refused to take responsibility and wasted our time. Terrible customer service.
