- JAJasper Austria6 days ago5.0Outstanding Service from Randy and Kenneth! I had a package delivered to the wrong mailbox today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how this location handled it. Randy was working the counter alone with a line out the door, yet he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. He immediately started a service request to track down the issue. Then Kenneth, the manager, jumped right in and personally investigated. He tracked down the driver, coordinated with a senior driver, and had my package safely retrieved and redelivered to me the same day. Both of them are true examples of what USPS should be professional, caring, and solution-focused. They turned a frustrating situation into an amazing one.

We came to courier something reach at 5.15 and got to the counter just had to write address on envelope and they denied service and ask us to leave saying they cant take our package however they accepted another package just a minute before . Since we were in and it was 5.39 they should have accepted our parcel as all was done but they showed zero respect and customer service .
