Priority Mail failed to arrive on time, and I have been chasing a simple $35.90 refund that I am fully entitled to receive. I have wasted over 10 to 12 hours dealing with this nightmare—filing claims online, calling customer support endlessly, and filling out physical paperwork—only to get the runaround. To make matters worse, both the frontline staff and the manager were unbelievably rude, hostile, and completely unhelpful when approached. Even after spending hours jumping through their bureaucratic hoops to get the refund approved, I STILL have not received a single cent. Absolutely appalling service and toxic management. Save yourself the frustration and take your business anywhere else.

The delivery time changed to an earlier time at 5:50 pm so I figured I’d wait until my prescription arrives before going over to my aunts house to take care of their pets. 5:50 passes and I check again and this time there’s no delivery time. It just says out for delivery. Now I’m going to lose sleep, the animals I’m taking care of are going to be neglected, and I’m going another day without my medication. Screw the USPS.

They lost my package, they marked as completed but they didnt put any key or code to get it from mailbox, aftera week I got a key but the package was not there. Filed 3 claims and I did not get any update, the lady with glasses in the front door did nothing. I have been coming 4 times in 2 weeks and they have no response, totally useless usps store.
