    While on a business trip, I stopped into this store. I was very impressed with how Sandy was maintaining a healthy cadence from the get go. Asking each person entering how he may help them, guiding them to the correct process. He asked if I needed help, I certainly did and presented a shipping label that was not a UPS / FEDEX label. He advised me the correct process for future reference; however, he understood that process would likely tax the rest of my afternoon and suggested he take care of it for me. Sandy saved me time on the road to the other non-UPS location along with the legacy style of shipping from the other party. Thanks again Sandy!

    The staff at this store helped me store the package at store and figure out a way to ship it out the next day when the system was down for the day. This saved my extra run to the store again. Thanks a lot!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I visited the store simply to ask about the estimated delivery time for my parcel. The employee who assisted me, a bald man wearing black glasses, was extremely rude and unprofessional during the interaction. I was surprised by the way he spoke to me. Instead of providing assistance or answering a straightforward question respectfully, he responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, especially when asking a simple question. His attitude made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. There was no reason for the tone he used, and the entire interaction reflected very poor customer service. I am including the employee’s description only so management can identify who handled this interaction: he was bald and wearing black glasses at the time of my visit. UPS is known for customer service, and this experience fell far below that standard. I hope management reviews this incident and takes appropriate action to ensure customers are treated with respect in the future.

    To the UPS Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply distressing experience at your UPS Store located at 16625 Redmond Way, Suite M, Redmond, WA, on June 8, 2026, at approximately 3:40 PM. I visited the store to return an item and required assistance with the process. A male customer service representative approached me and proceeded to mock and belittle me for not being familiar with your returns procedure. His conduct was condescending, unprofessional, and frankly, unacceptable. What made this significantly worse — he turned to my 11-year-old daughter, who was with me, looked directly at her, and said: "Didn't you teach your mother how to get on with this?" (You can pull this out from your CCTV records) This was not a joke. This was deliberate humiliation — in front of other customers, in front of my child. I told him clearly: "You are making me look like a fool and I do not appreciate it." He laughed and continued to mock me. I am a paying customer. I paid $3 for a bag and was then condescendingly told he was not charging me for the label printout — as though that were a favor owed to me. I have no issue paying for services. I have every issue with being publicly demeaned while doing so. Your customer-facing staff exists to assist customers — not to judge them, mock them, or intimidate their children for not knowing internal processes. No customer should be expected to walk in knowing your procedures. That is precisely why representatives are there. I am requesting the following: 1. A formal acknowledgment of this complaint 2. A documented investigation into this employee's conduct 3. Confirmation of the action taken I want this on record. If I don't receive a satisfactory response, I'll share this on social media and relevant consumer forums. This experience has been humiliating, and I will not let it go unaddressed.
