  Very frustrating and disappointing experience with a male, bald employee at this UPS location. I’ve always had good experiences here, so this was especially disappointing. He really should not be in customer service, more training is required. I went in to buy a box and asked for the list of box sizes they carry so I could look through it and choose what would work for me. While I was reading it, he snatched the list out of my hand and said no need for me to look at the list because he knows all the sizes they sell. He kept asking if I had the item with me, even though I repeatedly told him no. I already knew the general dimensions I needed and was willing to compromise by an inch or two. He kept insisting I get a 16” x 16” x 16” box and just cut it down. I explained that I could easily cut down the height, but I needed the width and depth to be close to my target dimensions to avoid unnecessary dimensional shipping charges. He still wouldn’t let me look at the list. This entire interaction could have been avoided if he had simply let me look at the list. I could have checked the available sizes myself, picked one that worked, and asked if it was in stock. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and frustrated and ultimately decided not to purchase anything. I also had an Amazon return that was specifically a “no box, no label” return. I put the item in a clear bag and brought it in, which I’ve done before without any issue. Unfortunately, the same employee refused to accept it and told me I would need to purchase a box or polymailer from the store to ship it. At that point, after the interaction I had already had, I did not want to spend another dollar there, so I took the return home.

  The owner was exceptionally rude. Bossy to his employees and overall just not a nice person.

  Unfortunately, my experience at this UPS location has been quite disappointing. The staff was not very helpful or accommodating, and the overall level of customer service was not what I expected from UPS. Their printer seems to rarely work, and the Wi-Fi is also consistently unavailable, which makes even simple tasks unnecessarily difficult. When you’re paying for a service, you expect the basic facilities to be functional and the staff to be willing to assist.

  Didn't even make an attempt to deliver at my apartment. Instead they just told me to come pick up the package at Staples.
