- SCsiding chen3 days ago5.0We had a great experience getting passport photos taken for our two young children! Thank you to Sasha for her patience and care throughout the process. Taking photos of little ones can be challenging, and we really appreciated her help. We also want to thank the team member who replied to our email over the weekend to confirm that the store could take children’s passport photos. That helped us plan our visit. Thank you both for making the experience so easy!

Tasha worked with us patiently to console her and was able to finally get a passport photo for her. She also gave her kid’s toy to my toddler just so that we can get the photo.

I was quite desperate and thank goodness I came into this family owned UPS store. The owners and their manager all worked to solve my problem over the course of an hour and I left with my 150 custom prints. So grateful!!!
- DCDennis ChauSep 23, 20262.0Scheduled an appointment for fingerprinting for ATF forms for my client at this location. Client arrived and was helped by an employee which set up the fingerprinting kiosk for him to use. The employee left for the day as soon as the kiosk was ready. The kiosk began to malfunction and the only employee left was untrained and unable to help. Needless to say this was very frustrating especially considering how the client took time off of work to make this appointment. Don't book this location for Printscan appointments.

Never yet have I gone in this place & encountered an employee who addresses me at all-- no friendly face, or Lord forbid, a smile! That for me? Is plenty to drive to another one. Sad state of affairs these days when you see people behaving as though they're enslaved. Shame on them!
