  Had an issue with a package getting mixed up, wrong keys in boxes. People make mistakes, it's no big deal. The management helped me so quickly when I went to discuss it, and sent a driver over to fix the issue with me immediately. It was exactly what customer service should be. Thank you.

  I paid to get an item shipped back to me, pre paid envelope with tracking and now they can't find it. It has been mailed 2 weeks ago. The tracking nr does not work.this is very frustrating. It is very important. That is why I wanted to use tracking. But apparently the lady working there forgot to ring it up even though I have a receipt that show I paid for it. Help!

  You try and call to talk to someone and it takes you through a lot of loops then hangs up on you. Bad phone service I've ever encountered.

  Completely and utterly rude. They've insulted my appearance, they've lost my packages/lectured me for getting packages that are of average size sent to my po box, insulted my intelligence when I asked them for help on overnighting a letter. Regarding the letter I needed to overnight, the postal worker, Kay, was willing to help every customer behind me after repeatedly treating me like I was a neucence. I asked her for help and she continued to walk away and do other things behind the counter as if to waste time, telling me that "hopefully I write fast because the overnighter truck is leaving soon" and quite literally a moment later she calls someone from behind me up to the counter and politely helps them and even tells them she'll make sure to put their package on the truck before it leaves. If it's not even 3 in the afternoon and you're telling me I'm going to pay almost $30 for a LETTER to take an extra day, even though I'm paying for this overnighting service I'm going to assume you're doing this for some vindictive reason, especially after treating me so poorly. While paying, I was unsure if your chip reader worked and I have poor eyesight and didn't see the rather small sign saying to slide your card. When I asked Kay about it, in the most condescending way possible, she told me to read the small sign allowed and when I did she said "I guess that's your answer. You need to read" in the most annoyed tone. It's obvious to me, by the other reviews left here that she might not be the right fit or at least needs to be talked to. I'm filing a formal complaint because I'm tired of being treated very poorly by her specifically. Rainier is a small town, and sadly I know I'm not the only person who hates going to this post office because they've been treated poorly by Kay specifically.
