Rarely answers the phone and when someone does he isn't very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Going in is a joke in itself as the lines are out the door, service is slow and reguardless of who is on your box for delivery, your mail person will still deliver mail to your box that doesn't be long to you and refused to deliver packages claiming there was a vehicle blocking even though there was never a vehicle blocking the mailbox.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I’ve been stuck dealing with this post office my entire adult life living in Puyallup and they are always slow & useless. I went in to ask about installing a mailbox because their website was useless and so was calling their customer service line. The lady at the counter handed me a paper with the same useless information that doesn’t clearly tell me how to get a new mailbox approved before I install it at my house. USPS is a waste of tax dollars in 2026. Let Amazon and ups deliver my mail. At least I wouldn’t get junk mail anymore.

Awful post office. Was yelled at by someone in the back because my package jammed. Yelling and cussing at customers is apparently acceptable. No wonder postal workers get a bad rep. Miserable human beings in this one. I'll drop my packages off at a drop off site instead. Funny my comment was deleted once

They claim no access to my gated neighborhood, yet they have a master key for the gates that all gated communities have, they have gate codes, and still say no access. I’ve watched the driver pull up to the gate sit for 5 minutes without even attempting to open the gates, and then drive off. Several people in my neighborhood are having the same issues, and with this happening no mail isn’t getting delivered. In the past they claimed there was a natural disaster (on a 70 degree day with the sun out) and a vicious dog. None of the neighbors on my street have pets aside from me, and they don’t go out front, not too mention the fact that we have the big central mailboxes on each street… this place is a joke. They also love to say it was delivered, and it doesn’t sho up for another 2-3 days. They told me when that happens it’s because the courier couldn’t get to it that day, so they mark it delivered, and that is falsification which is a Fireable offense. Any other pace that rn the way this does would be out of business fast.

This is by far the worst post office experience I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve lived here for 2.5 years, and our USPS carrier consistently refuses to deliver our packages, using a different excuse almost every time. It has gotten to the point where I avoid ordering from companies if I know USPS will be the carrier because I already expect delivery issues. She also refuses to take outgoing mail from our mailbox, forcing me to drive to a public mailbox just to send mail out — something that should not be necessary when mail pickup is part of the service. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s office, which was forwarded to the post office. For a short period, things improved, but then the problems started all over again. I was even told that because the carrier is a union employee, she is protected and “doesn’t have to drive down our street” if turning the vehicle around is inconvenient. Mind you, where our mailboxes are located, she has to turn her vehicle around regardless. As a result, we repeatedly have to drive across town to pick up packages ourselves. During the brief time she resumed delivery, she still would not bring packages to the front door. Instead, she repeatedly left them on the side of the house near my parked car. Shortly after, my car’s tires were slashed. While I cannot prove any connection, the timing was incredibly unsettling. What’s even more frustrating is that when I’ve complained in person, multiple employees acknowledged that this carrier is a known issue. I was told to “keep complaining,” yet nothing changes because she reportedly answers to a family member within the office. Both my neighbors have complained about the same thing and nothing has changed. I don’t have animals nor do we have a gate of any sort at the entrance. The road is wide and traffic free. There is no excuse to not deliver packages. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service is unbelievable. Residents should not have to fight this hard just to receive their mail properly.
