  I called at 6:43pm to have my L&I papers notarized they close at 7pm. Wyatt and Andy stayed at the UPS Store waiting for me to show up which was at 7:10 and they did the notarizing. It sure made my day.

  For people looking at the current review score of 3.2, keep in mind this location has new ownership and the new owner, Wyatt, is absolutely fantastic. I came in with a last-minute project that I needed for a very important business lunch and I was a bit scattered in what I needed. Wyatt was super helpful and making suggestions and also setting expectations with timeline. In my line at work I visit a lot of UPS locations and the service can be hit or miss. And so consequently, I don’t really have a go to location. Totally different in this case because of Wyatt. Every time I’m in this area I’ll go to this location because he knows what he’s doing, his staff clearly knows what they’re doing. He runs a tight ship. So for folks who had a bad experience here maybe a few months ago, things are totally different. Go here, you’re going to have a good experience and you’ll be taken care of. Thanks again, Wyatt, for all your help getting me set up for my lunch. Thanks to you it went very well!

  New owners are amazing, helpful and genuinely kind. I am always able to get in and out very quickly with great service. I an excited to have them operating our local store.

  I work and live near this store and have used this store for many returns for years. They have changed ownership recently and I cannot say enough good things about this new ownership!!!! They have kind knowledgeable employees that were so helpful! Even offering to tape up my boxes when I forgot! They went above and beyond to reassure my packages were safe and in good hands. The owner himself even came out and introduced himself and made me feel confident my packages were going to be handled with care. I am so thrilled to have this level of service in our close knit community.

  New owners refuse to take a return that says no label or box needed. Very rude to customers. Staff needs to be trained better on customer service. Clueless. They will end up going out of business running it like they are.
