Requires a phone number to simply ship a package. An absolutely unacceptable grab of data to try and inundate you with spam and sell to broker lists.

Really clean location. I usually only visit to do my Amazon returns. But this is my favorite location for that! Even though I don't particularly love driving down Meridian on ANY day because of traffic, it's worth it to make a trip here for your needs. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend you check them out!

I had my husband take a package to our great grandchild in Tennessee to the UPS store on South Hill. I included a piece of paper with the address on it. He handed them the addressed paper and had them package and ship the item which cost over $200. UPS shipped it to the wrong address. THE STORE SAYS MY HUSBAND SIGNED THE SCREEN VERIFYING THE ADDRESS AND THUS ACCEPTED RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY ADDRESS! HE THOUGHT HE WAS SIGNING FOR THE CREDIT CARD! BE CAREFUL! THIS STORE IS UNSCRUPULOUS!

I understand that arriving a few minutes before closing isn’t ideal, but I was disappointed to find that the doors were already locked before the posted 7:00 PM closing time. I drove 45 minutes specifically to use UPS because it’s my preferred shipping service, only to arrive and be unable to get inside. I understand employees may need time to close up, but if the store is going to close before the posted time, the hours should be updated accordingly. Unfortunately, going forward I’ll be taking my package to the nearby FedEx instead.

After 15 years as a loyal customer bringing all our business needs to your company, we will not be returning. The newer front desk staff ( particularly a young female who works the front) has consistently demonstrated rudeness, condescension, and disrespect toward me and I’ve witnessed to other customers in line as well who have made comments about her rudeness. This treatment has made us feel unwelcome . When there are reliable alternatives—FedEx down the street and other local print providers—we have no reason to tolerate this type of experience. While I understand this maybe a corporate entity, this is a community business that relies on local support. We chose to invest our business with you for over a decade. Treating long-standing customers with basic respect and courtesy should perhaps be trained in some of the staff members at this location. I do hope Doug and corporate take this seriously because Ive witnessed this situation of mishandling customers for sometime now and put it off to a bad day here or there but this seems to be a reoccurring issue for late. Note: this store never was like this and had courteous staff when we stared but has drastically changed in horrible customer service.
