  The Assistant Manager ruined my prints and became soo rude. He is very unprofessional especially him being the Assistant Manager of the Puyallup Fedex on 31st. Thank goodness the Lady Manager was able to understand and fix my business prints ( My appreciations to the Lady Store Manager) . If he can't listen to customers then he is in the wrong career!!

  2 day delivery package. Nursing shoes and pants never made it to the destination. Called to report my things missing 3 days after the expected date, I was told they could not do anything by Courtney and Bri! Just nonchalant! However, Ari did make a difference by her great customer service skills. No one still dont know where my package is, not even customer care! Im having a hard time getting the measly 100 dollar insurance and 2 day shipping refund. This is the only location that I have ever had an issue with something not making it to its destination, since I was old enough to ship packages!

  I just wanted to thank Ari at the Puyallup FedEx location for their help/service today. They were kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and helped me take care of an 'emergency' situation--they saved my parents' vacation. Thank you Ari!
