- SSSaraFeb 20, 20181.0The last two packages that were delivered by USPS were damaged due to the way the carrier chose to deliver them. One was a large heavy box that squeezed into one of the boxes at my apartment. It was so forcefully shoved in that it ruined the box, pulled the tape off and slightly damaged the product inside. The other was a smaller package, but was still one too big for my mailbox. This one was folded and shoved into the box and almost ruined the product, luckily the damage was reversible. THIS IS NOT OKAY! In addition they reported to amazon that the packages were left at my front door. Lying and damaging packages is NOT OKAY. Please USPS carriers deliver the packages properly even if that means placing it at my front door.
- BRBrett RoseFeb 25, 20161.0Currently a wsu student and am absolutely fed up with missing mail and receiving other people's mail. When the USPS went to these box's at the top of the street because they can't afford to pay people to deliver mail to your home it turned into a giant cluster. I haven't received a letter that was sent from the other side of the state in ten days (usually takes 2-4). On top of it this company is so bad that they couldn't even get my electric bill to me that was shipped from downtown pullman! On top of it I get a les schwab bill from a different address, are kidding me? We pay outrageous rates for this joke of a business to lose our mail and hey hope you get your bill! How about the drivers lay off the dope and actually look at what box you are putting the mail into? Rant is over... figure it out....
