This has happened three times and I’ve never gotten a clear answer as to why from the Manager. Not even the slip they are supposed to leave at your door or mail box.

Welcome to Poulsbo WA, where over 140 businesses, all within a beautiful, walkable 4 block radius don't receive mail. All of it goes return to sender, unless you buy a PO Box, and you can read all the other reviews to see how smoothly that goes.

By the time I found out, half of my nuc had died. Live animal shipments are time sensitive and a single phone call would have prevented it. Disappointing, because the service is usually better than this.
