  Very impressed today. It was by far the busiest afternoon I'd ever seen. The line was 6-7 deep the entire time. I had three large boxes and two smaller packages to return. The three staffers were fast, friendly and professional. The line moved fast. They went out of their way to help me and it wasn't the first time. I think businesses like this with staffers like these three are sometimes taken for granted. They are a vital part of "the last mile" and are a huge help for customers and businesses alike. I'm glad they're there.

  Went here to ship returns for Amazon and Summit Racing and the clerk was kind of rude when I asked about packing materials. Usually free at most UPS stores, not available here. $15 for air packing, which is too much for plastic bags full of air. I left my packages there for a minute to go get some additional packing materials. The clerk kind of slapped my label on a heavy package that should have been in a larger box. I should have said something and didn't because I assumed it would be ok, because they know what they are doing and now the package has been lost for a week. I would avoid this location, I should have went to Port Townsend location. I've had some other weird interactions here and a lot of other people have too if you read the reviews.

  Great experience overall! I waited about 45 seconds to be helped. The lady is super friendly and gave great advice on bread making.
