- JWJane WardAug 1, 20261.0We have a running joke in our family about how when we order something online, we have about a 50% chance of receiving it. Sometimes the mail carrier delivers the mail to the wrong house; sometimes they return our mail to sender for no discernible reason; sometimes they leave the mail in front of our garage door so we drive over our packages when we leave the house; sometimes they leave our mail in the rain to avoid walking the few extra steps to our covered porch. There is a saying in Port Townsend that "we are all here because we aren't all there." You know what is neither here nor there? Our mail.
