I’m no stranger to teenagers being like this but it’s a customer facing store ??? Hire people who are somewhat decent to others. Bad look.

- SBSTEVE BAERMay 6, 20261.0Ben is the rudest counter person I have ever seen. He stands and stares at you and doesn’t say a word. No smile. Like a zombie. The rest here are slightly better. I’ve been here eight times and always the same. I will drive out of town to use UPS in the future.

He told me it would cost $90 to ship a small mylar bag, when I know that must be total BS. I've been shipping clothes this way for years. He said the rates have been in effect a year and a half. The other guy wouldn't even look at me, so I guess they both hoped he would get away with it. I was supposed to feel "good" that it only cost me almost $50! Once bitten, twice shy. I'll be traveling to a more reputable shipping place from now on.

This kind of customer care is rare to find. All three men on shift were clearly having a good time while doing their job, and it made for a pleasant atmosphere.
