- GWG W2 days ago1.0Josey is the most unhelpful, rude manager I have ever had the misfortune to meet. He allowed a very long line to grow for Amazon returns and even after being asked to help the poor checkout girl, dragged his feet before actually helping. He was then rude to another woman who had the audacity to complain. He needs training in customer service.

I haven't sent a fax in 15years so I asked her how the paper goes she huffed and puffed as if I was bothering her and said just put the paper in. I did she walks over and said you out it in wrong? OK you told me to just out the paper in! So she says ugh guess I'll override the first one and do it again right this time! I was floored! If this paper could've been emailed I would have easily done that! Rudest customer service ever! I'm in retail and I would never treat a customer like that especially when it's $5 per page! Needless to say I won't be coming back here! To bad the UPS store was closed!

They even put a condolence note in a nice staple box for me. Thank you staples for being so amazing and helpful in a time that was stressful and emotional!

I am really bad with technology and can’t explain things the best, but he knew exactly what I wanted and even made suggestions that’ll improve the quality and wear of the photo. Super happy with my experience and the service was excellent! I will continue to come here!
