  I would not recommend FedEx. They seem unable to deliver me my package, even though the store hours are very clear. When I try to call, I am redirected to an AI assistant, who then directs me to someone in Washington DC, who then tells me they fixed the problem, only to be notified via email that they attempted to deliver my package when our store was closed. All of this would be fixed if I could simply talk to a local human being who works for FedEx.

  The gentleman that helped me was so helpful and friendly. I'll always ship from there now on.

  Huge fail. Client paid for overnight delivery from Bellevue. Package has been in Port Angeles (about 3.5 miles from delivery destination) since 3:30 this afternoon. No delivery! Had my spouse stay home to sign for it. Call center says the driver couldn’t make it do to the weather. Untrue. We live on a main street cleared of all snow. I traveled to work without issue. The UPS guy managed to make a delivery to a neighbor. Guess I’ll know better next time.
