  Can't get anyone to help me with an undeliverable package. Their "AI assistant" is absolutely useless and makes it impossible to talk to any actual person.

  So they delivered our packages to our house (sometimes unbroken) but they run us off the road as they drive down our lane in the mountains 😑 hate it so much, we've called to complain about them driving too fast around the blind S curves on our dirt road and yet they don't seem to care at all, not to mention making a complaint is a major pain. I understand they're in a hurry to deliver everyone's packages but when I got ran off the road today and almost put into the ditch, that means they just need to SLOW DOWN. Our lane has a speed limit of 15 on the straight away and most people go about 10 or 12 on the curves. Respect it or find another driver to drive the route! There's wild animals like bears, deer, and cougars and not to mention the amount of snow and ice we deal with in the winters, they need to be mindful and respectful regardless of how much of a hurry they may want to be in.
