I would not recommend FedEx. They seem unable to deliver me my package, even though the store hours are very clear. When I try to call, I am redirected to an AI assistant, who then directs me to someone in Washington DC, who then tells me they fixed the problem, only to be notified via email that they attempted to deliver my package when our store was closed. All of this would be fixed if I could simply talk to a local human being who works for FedEx.

Our local fedex is excellent. The gal behind the desk is always friends, efficient, and helpful. It is convenient and clean. I appreciate all they do to make things easy for me.

Great staff! If you can't make it in before 5, just call the main number, ask to be transferred to the local office, and let them know how late you'll be. Most times, they can wait for you. !! Watch out for bad maps!! The FedEx web site shows them North of the runway. Google shows them in an airplane hangar. Both are wrong. They are immediately to the right of (and connected to) the main terminal building.
