5 negative ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ if it would be possible. Personal always Lacking of offering what is supposed to be good public service. Normally they would take 3 days to a whole week to address delivered packages and release them on to you. Opened packages (When asked to address a report which is required and part of the process to start a claim case between buyers and sellers. The girl started yelling and saying nobody opened actually when she was handling the widely opened package from which a scan tool was stolen. But she refused even to listen and left over. If someone asks them about how long or how many days could take to get my package released? Normally the don know what to say . When asked again they started yelling on to the client. (They're public servers bu they did never realized that) Someone asked, if he could just leave a package over and if they would take Care? Tha man behind the desk started loudly and repeatedly yelling on to the client insted a simple 1 second answer yes or no. And of course drop off service means exactly jus, drop it off. Fortunately there's a few couple of new workers doing a significant positive change but for the last 17 years i found nothing but a reckless services at this place

Lying delivery driver's, personnel who don't answer the phone, and packages that arrive in questionable condition. This branch of USPS is a joke. It's unfortunate that companies can get away with these practices.

I genuinely cannot believe this post office is allowed to operate the way it does. The dishonesty coming from USPS employees here is beyond unacceptable — they will literally lie straight to your face without hesitation. I was repeatedly told that mail could not be delivered to our RV park because “the owners refuse to allow USPS delivery.” After getting fed up and speaking directly with the owners myself, I discovered that was a complete fabrication. The owners NEVER denied delivery. The post office simply refuses to do it and would rather invent lies than admit it. This is not “bad customer service.” This is blatant incompetence mixed with outright dishonesty. Important mail disappears, delivery is inconsistent, nobody gives the same answer twice, and employees act annoyed that customers expect them to perform the most basic function of their job — delivering mail. Then when I tried to get a P.O. Box as an alternative, they turned that into another nightmare filled with excuses, attitude, and zero help. Every interaction feels like dealing with people who know they can say whatever they want because there is no accountability whatsoever. At this point it honestly feels less like a postal service and more like a dysfunctional circus funded by taxpayers. People rely on USPS for legal documents, bills, medications, and critical packages, yet this office operates with complete disregard for honesty or responsibility. If you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and treated like your mail does not matter, this is the perfect post office for you.
