  I came here to return an Amazon product. UPS tried to charge me $3.50 for a bag that was 6” x 3”. Preposterous. Do better.

  Absolutely phenomenal customer service! I didn’t realize that one of my returns needed to be shipped through FedEx rather than the typical Amazon/UPS return process. The employee went above and beyond to help me get everything boxed up and even let me know that Walgreens (next door) accepts FedEx drop-offs. I would have drove out of my way to find a FedEx store otherwise, so this saved me a ton of time! I’m sure situations like this happen all the time, and it would have been completely understandable for someone to get frustrated or annoyed. (It clearly says FedEx on the return label haha) Instead, they were incredibly patient, helpful, and had a genuine smile on their face the entire time. It was such a small interaction, but their attitude completely changed the course of my day. I really appreciate the help and the kindness!

  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this store and the staff. I needed programs printed for my Uncle's funeral. They were fast, efficient, friendly. After printing I found many grammatical errors in the obituary and Manny and the rest of the staff still made sure they were done quickly, with a smile on their face. Thank you guys. You are wonderful! Forever grateful 🙏

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Pasco UPS Store: A Divine Intervention in Customer Service 📦 As a pastor, I’ve spent years preaching about miracles. Then I walked into the Pasco UPS Store and realized I had been looking in the wrong place. This is not merely a UPS Store. This is the promised land of shipping. The staff at Pasco UPS is always so efficient and helpful. They really take the time to make sure everything is done right, and you can tell they care about the quality of their work. They’re quick, friendly, and always do a great job. I’ve had a great experience every time! I came in with a package and left feeling like I had just attended a small-group Bible study where everyone happened to know how to print a shipping label. And then there’s Jantzen, the boss. What a guy. Leadership, kindness, professionalism—the whole package (pun absolutely intended). Jantzen runs this place like a man who has been entrusted with a sacred mission: getting your stuff from Point A to Point B without losing his sanity. My only complaint is deeply personal and probably reveals more about my own heart than his character: I am extremely jealous of Jantzen’s guitar collection. I came in to ship a package and somehow left thinking, “Lord, why has Jantzen been blessed with these guitars and I have not?” I am working through it. In all seriousness, if you need shipping, printing, packing, mailbox services, or basically anything remotely related to getting your stuff where it needs to go, GO HERE. The staff is fantastic. Jantzen is fantastic. The service is fantastic. Best business in Pasco. Five stars. 10/10.
