If something doesn’t fit into the mailbox rather than come to the door, they put a “sorry we missed you” note in the box. Someone is home all day. We work from home. We have video feed recording showing no attempt to deliver packages to our door. The drivers leave packages by the road rather than bring them to the door. On the rare occasion the driver actually does deliver to the door, she pulls in and honks for us to come to her vehicle, even when it isn’t raining. These drivers are the worst I’ve dealt with in any place I’ve lived, and there doesn’t seem to be any consequences for employees not performing their jobs well.
- SSSmallsJan 14, 20191.0My mail person is always putting the wrong mail in the wrong boxes. He is very sloppy and lazy won't even knock/ring the door bell for certified mail he puts a slip that he attempted and that I could pick it up at the post office after 4:30
