- NNNessa5 days ago1.0Before paying a fee to ship, I asked the person if the mail and everything is correct before sending it because it was important mail to a certain department and he said everything looks right. I paid the fee a day later my mail got sent back to me with stating that the mail was written incorrectly. Thanks for charging me a fee for literally NOTHING. My first and last time coming here

Apparently everyone else is at lunch. 4 people have left the line already. Employee cares nothing of the long line and hasn't even looked at or apologized to anyone here. How is it possible for only one employee to be working at almost 2pm on a weekday? Office also smells bad, several people commented on it. Unacceptable.
