  As an owner of a corporate business with thousands of dollars in shipping labels monthly. 8/10 interactions my staff and myself have had at this fedex have been extremely rude. Negative 10 stars. I'll spend the extra 30% to go to UPS on principal.

  Part of the staff was very welcoming and helpful which is why this is getting 4 stars. But there was a lady with short hair who looked at me like I was crazy for requesting a different envelope. And then when I kept looking at her to make sure the shipping label was correctly attached she dismissively asked if I still needed anything and started helping the next person in line while my document was still in her hands. I know you're trying to be efficient but just be respectful enough to help one person at a time especially when I'm not sending out Christmas cards, legal documents were being sent.

  Katelyn helped me ship some odd items at the most affordable price and I really appreciated the time she spent making sure it was the most reasonably priced way to ship. Would recommend Katelyn to anyone! She’s great.

  Fine experience. Friendly
