The UPS Store on State Route 20 in Oak Harbor stands out as one of the best experiences I've had, and that is largely thanks to Cooper. From the moment I walked in, Cooper was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. His positive attitude and customer-focused approach immediately set the tone for a great experience. What impressed me most was his empathy, willingness to help, and knowledge about what options were available. He took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure everything was handled correctly without ever making me feel rushed. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Cooper delivered it effortlessly.
