  UPS was fine. What I was returning turned into a complete nightmare with the site my return was for. I'll give UPS a 5 he was very helpful and nice attitude.

  Wow the curly red hair lady here at the 4-5pm shift on a Saturday is the rudest staff I've ever seen at any UPS location. I came in and stood there for 10 minutes and she didn't bother coming out. When she poked her head out she told me to used the kiosk which I told her it said "See an associate" and she left me waiting for more and didn't come out until more people came in. When she finally finished with whatever she was doing in the back and finally came out, she pointed at my 6yo daughter and said "Can you stop THAT please?" when my daughter was simply circling around, not messing with anything or bothering anyone - I figured she didn't like the sound of her flip flop. Yeah maybe if you didn't take so damn long to scan a single return package, we would have been out of the door in 2 minutes. You didn't have the courtesy to politely speak to me and referred to my daughter as a person instead of a thing? Screw you and your attitude.

  The young lady was very condescending and playing around with coworkers rather than dealing with my return in a professional manner.
