  I have been using this PostNet location for over 10 years, and Chris and the entire staff have become like family. They are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whenever I call to check if my mail or packages have arrived, they are always happy to assist. Patrick, who is usually there in the mornings, has been especially helpful. I remember one occasion when FedEx marked an important package as delivered, but it never arrived at PostNet. When I called, Patrick confirmed they hadn’t received it yet and suggested the driver may have accidentally delivered it to another business in the same strip mall. Instead of simply asking me to contact FedEx, Patrick went above and beyond by personally checking several nearby businesses to help locate my package. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this PostNet location to anyone looking for reliable mailbox and shipping services. Their outstanding customer service and genuine care for their customers are the reasons I’ve remained a loyal customer for more than a decade.

  I’ve been a customer at PostNet for over 10 years, and I’ve always had such a great experience here. Chris and his staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. They explain everything clearly and make mailing, shipping, and receiving packages so easy. I honestly don’t want to go anywhere else because this location is always reliable and welcoming. Thank you to Chris and the whole team for always being so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this PostNet!

  We've had a great experience at the Mukilteo PostNet. The space was clean and well organized. The team is incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. They made everything easy and handled my needs for a for profit and two nonprofits. Highly recommend them for printing, shipping, and business support services.

  Great experience at PostNet! Patrick was super helpful, friendly, and made everything quick and easy. He answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth. Really appreciate the great customer service. Definitely recommend this place!

  I have been going to postnet in Mukilteo for fax or buy stamps for many years. Chris the manager is very nice. Pat the Asian guy is also very polite and very helpful. Thank you Pat and Chris.
