- RARamona AnguianoAug 26, 20262.0the lady that works there is super nice but that short man with the glasses is so rude. My mother speaks only Spanish so I was there to translate for her so she could open a PO box and he was so impatient, rude, and dismissive. Sighing anytime we would have a question and making it very obvious that he did not want to help us. We took the form home to fill out and hopefully the lady will be there when we go back because we never want to run into that man again!
